APLIKASI NORDIC BODY MAP UNTUK MENGURANGI MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER PADA PENGRAJIN SONGKET

Songket is a piece of artwork which have a high artistic taste. Until now most of the songket are still woven in the traditional way, because this way it will maintain the quality of songket are created. Songket processing time is fairly long in the traditional way between 8 -10 weeks depend the complexity. For "betenun" (weaving songket), the pengajin should use a loom commonly referred to as the "dayan" in the local language. The problems now facing is the design of ergonomic dayan is still lacking, causing many complaints, especially pain in the spine. From the results of the questionnaire Nordic Body Map of the 20 people pengrajin songket found that the pain felt by artisans is on the back, waist, upper neck, hips, upper left arm and hip. Based on atropometri dayan demension are length 158 cm, width of chair 47 cm and length of chair 64 cm.
