PENGARUH WAKTU DAN TEMPERATUR EKSTRAKSI TERHADAP KUALITAS HASIL MINYAK KEMIRI

Pecan oil is one seed products that can be produced from the seeds of valuable pecan, walnut oil but the quality factor is strongly influenced from harvesting and post-harvest of the pecan nut. There are 3 ways to generate them with walnut oil hydraulic compression process, as well as the threaded compression using solvent extraction. This research is taking hazelnut oil by extraction using a solvent, and the solvent used is alkohol. In the extraction process, the extraction temperature was 70° C with 3 times, 75o C and 80o C, as well as the extraction time is done with the variation time of 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours. The results are mixed with alkohol distilled to separate the oil and oil obtained alkohol. Then quality tested to determine saponification number, acid number and density as well.
