Bottled water used by a lot of our society Sa'at to meet the need for drinking water, but the plastic is usually disposed of after use, has not been used for other needs, consequently making garbage everywhere. This study aims to utilize waste scrap plastic bottled water, which is used in the concrete mix as a replacement for cement, scrap plastic here mjnum bottled water dissolved in advance using chemicals namely NaOH, then once after all the plastic into a new soluble mixed with sand and gravel with a specific composition, then after the mixture evenly then put into molds to selanjudnya cooled to harden. The results obtained polymer mold concrete compressive strength has acquired a varied and optimum compressive strength occurs in mixtures with the use of NaOH 60% composition by weight 350 gr, with optimum compressive strength kg/cm2 184.48.
