STUDI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENYELENGGARA

To measure the good and bad of it works, it was needed to design an integrated work’s measurement system. The work’s measurement system can be design with the Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) method. This purpose of this research was to design an integrated work’s measurement system at Technical Faculty of Bina Darma Palembang’s University. Based on he result of analysis and coclusion from the designing of work’s measurement system at Technical Faculty of Bina Darma Palembang’s University, it can be identified that there are fifthy there (53) KPI from seven (7) criteria, which become the main priority’s rank is institution leader’s criteria. KPI that was gained, where used in correcting the quality of education intermediate period implementation in period of five (5) years and hoped that all KPI could be reached and no more stakeholder’s requirement so it was statd that the work’s wuality is very good and be able to compete in education world.
