Plant capacity and reducing bottlenecks in production determined on workload level and result of the production per shift. The problem scale priority based on total ergonomics with identification of 8 ergonomics aspects, systemic, holistic, interdisciplinary and participatory and apply the appropriate technology concept. Reduction of workload level and increase of production per shift; include redesigning of the table and chair folding work, setting the pattern system of pair work, giving an active break, providing additional nutrition in the form of sweet tea and snack pempek, provision of personal protective equipment, and redesigning of the physical work environment. Experimental research was using the treatment by subject design of activity before and after the redesign. The results of study showed that after redesign there was a significant reduction of workload level as 24.39%, and increase of the production per shift as 20.29%.
