HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSEP DIRI DAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT X PALEMBANG

Abstract


The objective of research was to find out the correlation between self-concept and work-overload with work-dicipline of the employee at PT. X Palembang. The population of the research was 91 employee at PT. X Palembang. The Scale’s spreading was done through the used simple random sampling technique. The method of the collecting data in this research used the self-concept scale, work-overload scale with NASA TLX, and work-dicipline scale. The data analysis was done through multiple regression analysis techniques. The analysis data was done through statistical packages for social science (SPSS) version 11.00. The conclusion that taken from the research result is there is very significant correlation between self-concept and work-overload with work-dicipline of the employee at PT. X Palembang with correlation value r=0,784; p<0,000 or p<0,01. The effective amount that given by self-concept and work-overload variable with work-dicipline of the employee at PT. X Palembang was 60,3% (Adjusted R Square=0,603).
