PENYESUAIAN SOSIAL DENGAN KESEPIAN PADA WANITA LANSIA DI PANTI SOSIAL KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between between social adjustment with the lonely of the old women at nursing citizens social Werdha Trisna Warga Tama Indralaya Ogan Ilir. This research has two variables. The independent variable is social adjustment and the dependent variable is the lonely. The research hypothesis there is the correlation between social adjustment with the lonely of the old women. The population of the research was 75 old women at nursing Citizens Social Werdha Trisna Warga Tama Indralaya Ogan Ilir. The conclusion that taken from the research result there is very significant negative correlation between social adjustment with the lonely of the old women at nursing citizens social Werdha Trisna Warga Tama Indralaya (r = -0,548: p= 0.000 0r p < 0.01). The effective contribution that given by social adjustment variable to the lonely of the old women was 30 %.
