PENGARUH PROMOSI JABATAN DAN SELEKSI PENERIMAAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PGASCOM PALEMBANG

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable promotions and variable selection of employees to the performance on PT. PGASCOM. In this study, the method quantitative descriptive method by using regression analysis techniques. This method is used to determine how much influence the promotion and selection of employees on employee performance. Sample in this research is employees of PT. PGASCOM using saturated sample as many as 35 employees. Based on the results of the analysis and based on the data that has been processed the obtained results, it explains that the variable promotions and employee selection have significant influence on employee performance PT. PGASCOM. However, when seen in the value of partial regression equation, the promotion variable has a value greater than the variable selection positions, it also explains that the variable promotion has more influence on employee performance.
