Abstract

The study purposewas to analyze internal factors that include knowledge in selling and servicing as well as to analyze the external factors that include location and customer behavior on revenue turnover of street vendors.While collecting data using primary data through field research. The instrument or means of collecting data in the form of questionnaires through sampling probability sampling techniques to select the simple random sampling, meaning simple random sampling to 30 traders and 50 consumers. Based on the analysis, it can be argued that conclusions; internal factors which consisted of factors of knowledge in selling and servicing factors have an influence on the turnover income vendors. That is, to maximize turnover, traders can take advantage of internal factors, especially factor knowledge in selling, and also note that external factors consisting of location factors and factors of customer behavior have any impact on revenue turnover of street vendors.
