Abstract


This study aims to determine how communication plays an important role in sales promotion activities of PT. Santos Jaya Abadi Palembang on consumer interaction in promoting their products and establish a positive image of the company. Based on the testimony of two informants in support of this qualitative research, namely supervisors and one person obtained the consumer of coffee Ship Fire sales promotion research that PT. Santos Jaya Abadi has a very large role in shaping a positive image of the company. They act as those who promote and sell copies of Fire Ships and formed a positive image of the company, even though the job has a lot of obstacles. Obstacles can be overcome sales promotion PT. Santos Jaya Abadi in a way trying to be calm, patient, giving a smile, still gives a positive impression, keep communicating with the public good even though sometimes treated poorly.
