CENDE TRADISI LISAN SUKU RAMBANG DANGKU PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN: SUATU TINJAUAN ASPEK NILAI

Abstract

This study examines the oral tradition of the community Quarter Bkl named Cendere. Cendere used by older people to society Quarter Bkl advise, admonish, or sarcastic offspring. Issues to be discussed are the values of what is contained in Cendere. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The object of this study is the oral tradition Cende.Adapun results of this study are: the values in Cendere oral tradition that has been identified by the authors are (1) educational value of working on something should bring benefits, (2) the educational value of not hypocritical, (3) educational value of not rushing in to do something, (4) the value of do not be arrogant, and (5) the educative about facing reality.
